BORSUB International is a consultancy company whose mission is to promote technologies of European companies in Asian markets, mainly China, facilitating the entry of foreign investors in these companies, their acquisition, or through technology transfer agreements.

BORSUB activity is focused in high-tech industries, like IT, Environment and Manufacturing.

BORSUB was established in 1998, and since then has helped hundreds of European and Chinese companies to close agreements.

Initially the activity was focused in commercial  agreements, and later it was oriented to investments and mergers and acquisitions. In the last years it has focused  in companies with high added-value technologies, and in technology transfer processes.
